Rhonda Patton a Children’s Book writer.

It is not my job. It is my passion. My husband is my illustrator and we have 9 books out at amazon, books-a-million, createspace, barnes and noble, in every part of the world. I am very happy with this. My goal in life is to create a BETTER generation of kids. With everything so corrupt and all you see on tv is violenc...e and sex even in cartoons and video games I am trying to inspire kids to be better.

I always thought why kids and people wanted to be first all the time.

I had to teach younger kids that you don’t always have to be first to be proud of yourself, as long as you tried hard. This is what “The Croak 500” is about. In March of 2000 I became pregnant with my daughter, and I put up this book and didn’t think about it for a while.. And had many trials I was facing at the time with the pregnancy. I was a single mom, working, and sick

1) What is the name of your character? Is
he/she fictional or a historic person?
     My
character is our amazing captain Frankie our Angelic Airlines pilot and
fictional and a real person in life as a pilot.

2) When and where is the story
set?

     The short stories put into a rhyme form
followed by a description- the settings are around the world flying and seeing
some famous  landmarks made and natural wondrous
sites educating our children and even more amazing from the comfort of their
own  homes. Lovely to read from parent to
children.

3) What
should we know about him/her?
     He teaches and
educates the children in rhyme form giving them an insight of the wonderful
world that children will learn to to take care of, making them aware of the
beauty that surrounds us.

4) What is the main conflict? What messes up
his/her life?

    Actually nothing messes up his life he is
actually a very Happy pilot and loves his children of the world and their
curious and  curious little photographic minds always
asking questions and love travelling on an airplane.

5)
What is the personal goal of the character?

     His goal is to educate the children and
at the same time have fun discovering and exploring the world and the earth
uniting the children all over the
world.

6) Is there a
working title for this children’s book, and can we read more about it?

    The working title of the series is “My First Travel Books” we
also do a Greek menu on board, which is a Greek recipe book, incorporating it all together. 

7) When can we expect the
book to be published?

     The first series of 3 books have
been published and the 3rd one is about to be published by end of May, 2014
followed by more  series of educational content in a
simple and fun way for children.
